Updates
RAZE has two update layers — both are simple.
CLI Updates
The CLI is installed as raze-cli. Update it when you want the latest CLI behavior, fixes, or command-line improvements.
$ pip install --upgrade raze-cli
This updates the command-line tool through PyPI only.
Runtime & Dashboard Updates
The local runtime and dashboard are updated through the managed runtime bundle, not through PyPI alone.
$ raze update

In-dashboard update panel
The dashboard includes an in-product runtime update experience. You can review runtime update status, current version, latest available version, and related guidance without leaving the product.
After a runtime update
If RAZE tells you a runtime update is ready, apply it and relaunch the dashboard if prompted. You do not need to manually rebuild the dashboard.
